Our production facility, equipped for the manufacturing of Ethylene Di Bromide and AFP INT-307, has recently undergone a significant enhancement with the installation of a cutting-edge ATFD Machine. This strategic addition not only augments our production capabilities but also reflects our commitment to continuous improvement. With this new addition, we are poised to increase our production capacity, setting the stage for an ambitious turnover target of 35 crores in the coming year.
The cornerstone of our infrastructure is our Bromine plant, for which we have received the essential NOC. At Harsiddhi Organics Pvt Ltd, we adhere to the stringent guidelines set by CPCB, with a particular emphasis on Rule 11 compliance. Remarkably, we are the sole plant in Gujarat currently following Rule 11, a mandatory requirement for similar units in the near future.

Chilling Plant
Our state-of-the-art chilling plant with a capacity of 20 TR, maintains precise temperatures essential for Bromine recovery and production. Scrubbing System
Our robust scrubbing system is designed with precision and ensures the removal of volatile compounds from our processes. It effectively captures and neutralises gases, minimises emissions, and upholds regulatory standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment. As a key component of our infrastructure, our scrubbing system reflects our dedication to operational excellence and environmental stewardship in the production.

A specialized facility for handling Chlorosulfonic Acid and Thionyl Chloride with GLRs for chlorosulfonation and SS Reactors for condensation, plus centrifuge and filtration units.
Bromine Derivatives Plant
The Plant is having multiple GLRS equipped with distillation column
to get high purity bromine derivatives.
Bromine Recovery Plant
Extracts 99.6%-99.7% pure bromine using multiple separators and an additional purification column to remove moisture & chlorine from bromine.
ETP Plant
Treats 50 KL/day of waste water by hydrodynamic cavitation technology, MEE, and ATFD to take care of high COD effluent.
Membership
The company has Membership of CETP of Nandesari for disposal of treated waste water & NECL for disposal of solid Hazardous waste.
